Honey Mustard Chicken

Recipe makes 6 chicken thighs

Ingredients:

- 6 chicken thighs

For the marinade:

- 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard

- 1 tbsp dijon mustard

- 1 tbsp honey

- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp cayenne powder

- 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

- Preheat the oven to 200C

- In a large bowl, mix the marinade ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Add in the chicken thighs and marinate until well coated.

- Lay out on a baking tray and place into the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the caramelised and cooked through. This chicken goes well with caesar salad or with roasted vegetables.
