Pork and Parmesan Meatballs

The perfect comfort food

These meatballs are based off Alison Roman’s goodbye meatballs, which uses ricotta and beef in the meatball mix!

Recipe makes 20 meatballs

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup whole milk

- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley 

- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 

- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

- 1 large egg

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1/2 onion, finely chopped

- 1 tsp salt

- Black pepper

- Chilli flakes

- 500 g pork


Instructions:

- Mix milk, parsley, parmesan, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic and onions. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes, and let sit for 10 minutes.

- Mix in the pork and season with extra salt

- Shape into about 20 meatballs and sear in a pan or bake before adding to your pasta sauce
