Gochujang Salmon

Recipe serves 4

Ingredients:

- 2 500g pieces of salmon

For the glaze:

- 1 tbsp gochujang

- 2 tsp mirin

- 2 tsp soy sauce

- 2 tsp honey

- 2 tsp sesame oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 thumb ginger, finely sliced

- Few cracks of black pepper

To serve:

- 2 spring onions, sliced

- Sesame seeds

Instructions:

- Preheat the oven to 190C

- Lay out your salmon on a lined baking tray, skin side down. Mix your marinade ingredients together and spoon over the salmon. Place in the oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

- Serve topped with spring onions and sesame seeds. This salmon goes well with a soba salad or gochujang roasted vegetables.
