Honey Baked Brie
Recipe serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of brie
- 1 tbsp apricot jam
- 2 tsp honey
- Handful cranberries
- Handful pecans, chopped and roasted
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Place the brie in an oven proof dish, and score the skin (or slice off the top). Spread with apricot jam and garnish with cranberries and pecans. Drizzle with honey.
- Cover and place into the oven for 20 minutes. Uncover for the last 5 minutes until the brie is bubbling and molten. Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
