Maple Roasted Pecans

Sweet, salty and perfectly crunchy, these go well as a salad topper, dessert garnish or as a snack on their own.

Recipe makes 150g maple roasted pecans

Ingredients:

- 150g pecans

- 2 tbsp maple syrup

- 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

- Preheat the oven to 190C

- Toss the pecans with the maple syrup and salt

- Lay on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and roasted. Let cool before serving.
