Rose Harissa Baked Salmon

Recipe serves 2

Ingredients:

- 2 fillet salmon

- 1 lemon, sliced

- 3 tbsp rose harissa

- To garnish: spring onions and lemon wedges

Instructions:

- Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.

- In a pan over medium heat, sear salmon skin side down until the skin crisps up.

- Place in an oven-proof dish and marinate with rose harissa. Season with salt and pepper and place lemon slices around the salmon.

- Place in an oven pre-heated to 160 degrees, for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 130 degrees.

- Remove and serve with spring onions and an extra squeeze of lemon.
