Baby Back Ribs

Recipe serves 4

Ingredients:

- 3 racks baby back ribs

- 1/2 cup rib rub

- 1 cup BBQ sauce

- 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

- Remove the layer of tissue running along the ribs. Rub all over with the rib rub. Place each rack on a sheet of foil and drizzle with 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar each. Seal with foil, crimping the edges.

- Place into an oven heated to 140C for 2 hours, or until tender. Remove the ribs and pour some of the juices into your BBQ sauce. Place the ribs onto a wire rack and slather generously with the BBQ sauce.

- Heat your oven to grill and place the ribs into the oven. Glaze with more sauce if needed until the sauce is lacquered on. Serve immediately.
